[摘要] 目的 探究妊娠糖尿病胰岛素给药的最佳方法。方法 选取该院2016—2017年接受治疗的80例妊娠糖尿病患者作为研究对象，采取双盲筛选法将其均分为对照组与研究组，对照组采用多次皮下注射法，研究组采用胰岛素泵皮下持续注射法，对比分析两组治疗效果。 结果 研究组胰岛素使用量、血糖达标时间均优于对照组，且母婴并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对于妊娠糖尿病患者而言，胰岛素泵皮下持续注射法的临床效果更加突出，可有效降低胰岛素使用量，改善血糖指标，理应成为妊娠期糖尿病首选治疗方法。
