糖尿病护理中健康教育临床护理路径的应用效果分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 研究并分析对糖尿病患者使用健康教育临床护理路径的效果。 方法 2017年1—12月间收集糖尿病患者共186例,通过区组随机化分为对照组(93例)和观察组(93例),对照组接受常规护理,观察组联合临床护理路径,将两组患者糖尿病相关知识认知情况进行观察和对比。结果 相较于对照组,观察组糖尿病相关知识认知情况均更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 在糖尿病患者的护理过程中,健康教育临床护理路径能够使其具有更加科学的健康意识,以及更高的配合度,值得推广应用。

Analysis of Application Effect of Clinical Nursing Path of Health Education in Diabetes Nursing

[Abstract] Objective To study and analyze the effect of using clinical health care pathways for diabetes patients. Methods From January to December 2017 a total of 186 patients with diabetes were enrolled. The patients were randomly divided into the control group (93 cases) and the observation group (93 cases). The control group received routine nursing care. The observation group combined with the clinical nursing path to identify the diabetes related knowledge of the two groups. The situation of the related knowledge awareness of the two groups were observed and compared. Results Compared with the control group, the knowledge of diabetes related knowledge in the observation group was better,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing process of diabetic patients, the clinical nursing pathway of health education can make it have a more scientific health awareness and a higher degree of cooperation, which is worthy of promotion and application.

作为慢性代谢性疾病,糖尿病的发病率正逐渐提高,发病年龄也出现低龄化[1]。为了控制疾病的发展,患者需要终生服药,所以其自身的健康管理知识和意识对疾病的控制和改善都有着十分重要的作用。研究者認为,患者自我管理只有具备了全面性和科学性,才能使其机体血糖水平得到理想控制[2]。而为了提升患者自我管理的效率和质量,有效的护理十分关键[3]。在该次研究中,2017年1—12月给予糖尿病患者健康教育临床护理路径,现报道如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
该次糖尿病患者共186例,通过区组随机化分为对照组(93例)和观察组(93例),其中,对照组男女比例为55∶38;年龄在37~81岁之间,平均年龄为(51.0±7.7)岁。观察组男女比例为52∶41;年龄在38~80岁之间,平均年龄为(50.9±7.7)岁。纳入标准:意识清晰者;能够自理生活者;能够正常沟通者。排除标准:合并心脑血管疾病者;合并肾功能不全者;合并恶性肿瘤者。两组基线资料差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。
1.2 方法
对照组接受常规护理,观察组联合临床护理路径:
1.2.1 入院时的健康教育 带领患者熟悉医院环境、糖尿病相关的治疗设施和科室,让患者了解各项住院注意事项,缓解其紧张情绪,提升其对护理人员的信任感和依赖感。针对糖尿病患者对疾病相关知识认知不足这一问题,应为其详细介绍疾病的发病原因、治疗方式、控制原则,消除患者的疑问。引导患者之间相互交流,提升他们战胜疾病的勇气和信心,促进护理和治疗工作的顺利开展。, 百拇医药(张静)
