[摘要] 目的 探讨肛周脓肿合并糖尿病患者手术的效果。 方法 选取该科2017年7月—2018年7月收治的肛周脓肿合并糖尿病患者48例，随机分为2组各24例，观察组采用一次性根治术，对照组采用单纯引流术。 结果 观察组治愈率为95.8%，显著高于对照组83.3%(P<0.05);观察组FPG(5.81±0.34)mmol/L显著低于对照组，切口愈合时间(22.4±2.3)d显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 对肛周脓肿合并糖尿病患者采取一次性根治术，能有效缩短病程，提高治愈率。
