[摘要] 目的 探讨对糖尿病足患者选择血管腔内介入(PTA)+负压封闭引流术(VSD)治疗后获得的临床效果。方法 选择该院2015年4月—2018年11月收治的26例糖尿病足患者作为实验对象;抽签法分组后明确各组治疗方式;对照组(13例)：选择PTA方法展开;观察组(13例)：选择PTA+VSD方法展开;对比临床效果。结果 同对照组糖尿病足患者手术显效率(23.08%)、手术总有效率(53.85%)以及疾病复发率(53.85%)对比，观察组前两项(69.23%)、(92.31%)提升程度明显，后一项(7.69%)降低程度明显，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 糖尿病足患者在接受治疗期间，PTA+VSD方法的有效应用，对于手术疗效的提升以及术后复发现象的减少，可奠定基础。
