[摘要] 目的 探讨米非司酮联合米索前列醇治疗糖尿病妇女稽留流产的效果。方法 选择2017年10月—2018年10月该科收治的74例糖尿病稽留流产妇女，随机分为两组各37例，观察组采用米非司酮联合米索前列醇，对照组采用戊酸雌二醇。 结果 观察组完全流产率为83.8%，显著优于对照组64.9%(P<0.05);观察组排胎时间、排胎后2 h出血量显著少于对照组(P<0.05)，两组FPG比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 結论 米非司酮联合米索前列醇治疗糖尿病妇女稽留流产效果显著，能有效提高流产成功率。
