[摘要] 目的 观察口腔护理干预对老年糖尿病合并口腔疾病患者护理满意度的影响。方法 研究病例选自2017年1月—2018年11月，研究对象定义为：厦门医学院附属口腔医院收治的老年糖尿病合并口腔疾病患者99例，根据两组采取护理措施的差异分为观察组(n=45)和对照组(n=44)，对照组予以常规护理，观察组予以口腔护理干预。而后对比两组患者血糖控制情况、感染发生率以及护理满意度。结果 观察组血糖控制情况、感染发生率以及护理满意度与对照组比较，存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论 口腔护理干预对老年糖尿病合并口腔疾病患者护理满意度有显著的影响，在护理过程中取得了良好的效果，可以将此护理措施普遍推行。
