[摘要] 目的 观察应用自体富血小板凝胶技术(APG)治疗非感染性糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效。方法 选取2018年1—10月2型糖尿病合并非感染性足溃疡患者25例，对照组15例给予常规治疗及创面处理，观察组10例在常规治疗基础上应用自体富血小板凝胶技术外用治疗。结果 4周后观察组有效率显著高于对照组(χ2=4.890，P=0.027)。结论 自体富血小板凝胶治疗非感染性糖尿病足溃疡疗效显著。
