[摘要] 目的 分析护理干预促进糖尿病合并肺结核患者康复的效果。方法 择取2017年1月—2018年12月前来该院接受治疗的糖尿病合并肺结核患者92例，按照随机分配原则分成对照组和研究组，对照组应用常规护理，研究组应用常规护理+护理干预，对两组的康复效果展开深入的对比分析。结果 护理前，研究组患者生活质量评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05);护理前，研究组和对照组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，护理后研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对于糖尿病合并肺结核患者而言，通过护理干预，能够促进其早日康复，提高生活质量，值得在临床上进一步的推广和使用。
