[摘要] 目的 探析妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇先兆早产治疗中采用盐酸利托君的临床效果。方法 选择2016年8月—2018年8月本院接收的84例GDM先兆早产孕妇，遵照随机化原则分为参照组与治疗组，依次给予硫酸镁治疗、盐酸利托君治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果 与参照组相比，治疗组总疗效更高，新生儿预后更理想，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后的血糖水平、不良反应对比差异无统计学意義(P>0.05)。结论 盐酸利托君运用在GDM先兆早产孕妇中疗效可靠，可积极控糖，改良新生儿预后，值得进一步推荐。
