[摘要] 目的 分析甲状腺癌合并糖尿病患者术后血糖的控制及护理体会。方法 选取2015年12月—2018年12月该院进行治疗的甲狀腺癌合并糖尿病患者32例进行分析，随机平分为对照组和研究组，对照组采用常规护理，研究组在对照组的基础上加用优化护理，比对两组患者护理后的血糖水平和并发症发生率。结果 在护理后，研究组的空腹血糖值明显低于对照组;对照组的并发症发生率是18.75%，研究组的并发症发生率是6.25%，明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在甲状腺癌合并糖尿病患者术后加用优化护理，可以有效控制血糖，减少并发症的发生。
