[摘要] 目的 探究冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者辅以循证护理干预的临床价值。 方法 该次研究对象为2017年1月—2018年12月间该院收治冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者95例，随机分为观察组与对照组，对照组单纯辅以常规护理干预，观察组辅以循证护理干预，比较两组护理效果。 结果 观察组患者血糖指标、血压指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)，心功能指标高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率4.17%较对照组21.28%相比更低。 结论 冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者辅以循证护理干预可帮助患者稳定血糖、血压指标，强化心功能，预防并发症，值得大力推广。
