[摘要] 目的 探讨羟氯喹对类风湿关节炎合并2型糖尿病患者血糖和血脂的影响。方法 选取该科2017年9月—2018年9月收治的RA合并T2Dm患者28例，随机分为2组各14例，对照组给予胰岛素联合甲氨蝶呤治疗，观察组在對照组的基础上加用羟氯喹。结果 观察组FPG、2hPG、HbAlc、TC、TG等指标明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组DAS28评分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 羟氯喹治疗RA合并T2Dm，可有效改善患者症状，延缓病情进展，降低血糖和血脂，值得应用。
