[摘要] 目的 探讨胰岛素控制妊娠期糖尿病血糖对妊娠结局的影响。 方法 选取该科2017年10月—2018年10月收治的102例GDM孕妇，随机分为2组各51例，对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予胰岛素。 结果 观察组FPG、2hPG显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组剖宫产率为47.1%，显著低于对照组68.6%(P<0.05);观察组妊娠并发症发生率为7.8%，新生儿并发症发生率为13.7%，显著低于对照组19.6%、29.4%(P<0.05)。 结论 GDM患者采用胰岛素控制血糖，可有效改善妊娠结局，减少母婴并发症。
