[摘要] 目的 探析二甲双胍与地特胰岛素治疗妊娠糖尿病的临床效果。方法 选择2016年1月—2018年12月该院接收的60例妊娠期糖尿病患者，按照双盲法分组标准分为参照组与实验组，前一组采用二甲双胍治疗，后一组在二甲双胍治疗的前提下加用地特胰岛素治疗。比较两组疗效、血清抵抗素、内脂素与血脂水平。结果 治疗后，实验组总疗效高于参照组，血脂、血清内脂素与抵抗素水平均显著低于参照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 地特胰岛素、二甲双胍联用于妊娠糖尿病患者中疗效显著，值得采纳。
