[摘要] 目的 探讨乌司他丁联合生长抑素治疗糖尿病合并急性胰腺炎的效果。方法 选取该科2016年11月—2018年11月收治的糖尿病合并急性胰腺炎患者38例，随机分为两组，各19例，观察组采用乌司他丁联合生长抑素治疗，对照组采用生长抑素治疗。结果 观察组有效率为94.7%，显著高于对照组73.7%(P<0.05);观察组FPG、腹痛症状消失时间、平均住院时间显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 乌司他丁联合生长抑素治疗糖尿病合并急性胰腺炎效果显著，可有效改善患者症状，控制血糖，提高治愈率。
