[摘要] 目的 对老年初诊2型糖尿病治疗中格列吡嗪联合二甲双胍的疗效进行探讨。方法 选择收治老年初诊2型糖尿病患者156例，所有患者均于2017年1月—2018年12月在該院接受治疗，按照随机数字表法分为实验组(n=78)和常规组(n=78)。常规组应用格列吡嗪治疗，实验组同时应用二甲双胍治疗，观察两组2 hPBG、HbAIc、FBG水平及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗前两组2 hPBG、HbAIc、FBG对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后实验组2 hPBG、HbAIc、FBG显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 针对老年诊2型糖尿病患者应用格列吡嗪联合二甲双胍治疗效果显著，能够使疾病指标得到明显改善，并且安全性较高，值得进行广泛推广。
