[摘要] 目的 探讨氨氯地平联合阿尔马尔治疗糖尿病合并肾性高血压的效果。方法 选取该科2017年8月—2018年8月收治的糖尿病合并肾性高血压患者34例，随机分为两组各17例，观察组采用氨氯地平联合阿尔马尔治疗，对照组采用氨氯地平治疗。结果 观察组总有效率94.1%，显著高于对照组76.5%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组FPG、2 hPG、SBP、DBP较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论 氨氯地平联合阿尔马尔治疗糖尿病合并肾性高血压效果显著，值得应用。
