[摘要] 目的 研究对比ICU糖尿病酮症酸中毒护理方法及护理效果。方法 选取2016年1月—2017年10月在该院ICU进行治疗的100例糖尿病酮症酸患者，将其随机分为常规组和观察组，常规组实施ICU常规护理干预，观察组实施综合护理，对比两组患者的护理效果。结果 观察组患者的酮症酸中毒纠正时间、血糖控制时间、症状改善时间、住院时间均显著低于常规组(P<0.05);且其护理满意度显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 对ICU糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者进行有效护理干预，能够显著提高患者康复速度，且对其预后的改善具有重要意义。
