[摘要] 2型糖尿病是一种常见的内分泌疾病，糖尿病泄泻是其比较常见的并发症之一。目前西医临床对此尚无特效治疗方法，中医按现有的辨证分型治疗也尚不完全。该文阐述了“泄肝安胃”法治疗糖尿病泄泻的理论和经验，列举并分析了叶天士“泄肝安胃”治疗泄泻的医案并附笔者验案四则，认为“泄肝安胃”法是治疗糖尿病泄泻有效方法之一。
