[摘要] 目的 探究健康教育临床护理路径在糖尿病护理中的应用效果。方法 选择2017年9月—2018年8月该院收治2型糖尿病患者150例，随机分为两组，各75例，对照组行常规健康指导，观察组行健康教育临床护理路径，对比两组健康知识掌握程度、血糖变化。 结果 观察组护理后健康知识评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理后FPG、2 hPG均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对糖尿病患者实施健康教育临床护理路径管理，可提高患者健康知识掌握程度，有助于控制血糖水平。
