[摘要] 目的 探究2型糖尿病发病机制及其治疗策略。方法 选取2016年5月—2018年11月间至该院就诊的84例糖尿病患者作为主要观察对象。对患者的身体指标和血液流变学指标进行测定。 结果 2型糖尿病的发病机制与胰岛素抵抗、肝糖分泌过多以及肥胖等因素有关。结论 2型糖尿病的发生与多种因素之间存在着密切的联系，其治疗方法包括加强对患者生活习惯的干预，并给予二甲双胍以及胰岛素类似物等。
