胰岛素不同给药方式治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒的临床疗效分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 研究胰島素不同的给药方式对糖尿病酮症酸中毒治疗的临床效果,为临床提供可靠的参考依据。方法 选取在2017年11月—2018年12月期间来该院治疗的糖尿病酮症酸中毒的92例患者作为研究对象进行分析,并按照患者住院的顺序奇偶性分为两组,即对照组与研究组,对照组患者采取连续胰岛素静脉滴注的治疗方法,研究组患者采取胰岛素泵连续输注的治疗方法,然后对比两组患者治疗的临床效果及血糖的控制情况。 结果 经过两种不同给药方式治疗,对照组有10例无效,临床有效率为78.26%,研究组有2例无效,临床有效率为95.65%,研究组有效率明显高于对照组,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者在血酮体转阴时间、尿酮体转阴时间及血糖达标时间等指标均优于对照组,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 胰岛素不同给药方式会对糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者产生不一样的治疗效果,相对于常规的以静脉滴注的方式给予胰岛素,采用胰岛素泵治疗效果更佳,能很好的控制血糖水平,减短患者的住院时间,同时也提高了疾病的治疗效率,值得在临床上广泛的应用。

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effects of different insulin administration methods on the treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis, and provide a reliable reference for clinical practice. Methods A total of 92 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis who were treated in our hospital from November 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled in the study. The patients were divided into two groups according to the order of hospitalization, i.e., the control group and the study group. The patients in the control group were treated with continuous intravenous insulin infusion. The patients in the study group were treated with continuous infusion of insulin pump, and then the clinical effects and blood glucose control of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment by two different modes of administration, 10 cases were ineffective in the control group, the clinical effective rate was 78.26%, 2 cases in the study group were ineffective, and the clinical effective rate was 95.65%. The effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The patients in the study group were better than the control group in the time of blood ketone body negative time, urinary ketone body negative time and blood glucose compliance time. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Different administration methods of insulin can produce different therapeutic effects for patients with diabetic ketoacidosis. Compared with the conventional intravenous infusion of insulin, the insulin pump is better and can control blood glucose levels, shortening the hospitalization time of patients, and also improving the treatment efficiency of the disease, it is worthy of wide application in clinical practice., 百拇医药(李纪珍)
