[摘要] 目的 探讨护理干预在无痛胃肠镜检查的糖尿病患者中的临床效果和应用分析。方法 选取自2018年1—11月在该院无痛胃肠镜检查的糖尿病患者50例，将其按照随机的原则分为两组，观察组25例在常规治疗基础上实施护理干预，对照组25例仅实施常规护理。比较两组之间糖尿病患者在检查过程中的心率、血压、护理满意度、并发症发生率、检查时间长短等指标。结果 观察组的心率、血压、护理满意度、并发症发生率、检查时间相关指标显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对糖尿病患者在进行胃肠镜检查时实施护理干预，可显著缩短检查时间，减少患者的焦虑情绪，提高患者护理满意度，对于临床有显著的实际意义。
