[摘要] 目的 探讨胃癌合并糖尿病患者围手术期护理干预的效果和满意度。方法 收集2017年10月—2018年10月我科收治的胃癌合并糖尿病患者28例，随机分为两组，每组14例，观察组给予围手术期护理干预，对照组给予常规护理。结果 术后观察组FPG、2 hPG明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为7.1%，护理满意度为92.9%，显著优于对照组21.4%、71.4%(P<0.05)。结论 对胃癌合并糖尿病患者实施围手术期护理，可有效降低血糖水平，减少并发症发生。
