[摘要] 目的 评价妊娠期糖尿病孕妇分娩期系统护理的应用效果。方法 应用抽签法将该院2018年6—12月收治的120例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇随机分为研究组、对照组，予以研究组分娩期系统护理，予以对照组分娩期常规护理，比较两组不良分娩结局发生率和产后并发症发生率。结果 研究组不良分娩结局发生率和产后并发症发生率均较对照组低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇实施分娩期系统护理，能够有效降低孕妇分娩期风险事件发生率，保障母儿健康。

    [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the application effect of systemic nursing during delivery in pregnant women with gestational diabetes.
