[摘要] 目的 探寻不同麻醉方式对老年糖尿病下肢血管病变手术患者认知功能的影响。方法 2018年1—12月间随机抽取80例老年糖尿病下肢血管病变手术患者，采取双盲筛选法将其均分为对照组与观察组，分别接受全身麻醉与腰硬联合麻醉。结果 观察组认知功能评分明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用腰硬联合麻醉可有效改善老年糖尿病下肢血管病变手术患者的认知功能，值得临床广泛推广运用。

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the effects of different anesthesia methods on cognitive function in elderly patients with diabetic lower extremity vascular disease.
