[摘要] 目的 探讨血糖检验与尿糖检验在糖尿病患者临床诊断中的应用价值。方法 在该院2017年11月—2018年11月期间诊治的糖尿病患者中选取97例作研究对象，对其分别进行血糖检验、尿糖检验，并就2种检验方法对糖尿病的诊断准确率差异进行统计学分析。结果 血糖检验法在该组糖尿病患者临床诊断中的准确率(100.00%)高于尿糖检验法(93.81%)(χ2=4.300，P=0.038)。结论 血糖检验在糖尿病患者临床诊断中的准确性更高，尿糖检验可因客观因素等影响而出现漏诊情况，应以血糖检验为首选检验方法。
