[摘要] 目的 分析护理干预在糖尿病肾病中的应用效果。方法 选取2018年1月—2019年1月收治的164例糖尿病肾病患者，随机分为观察组(82例)和对照组(82例)。对照组使用常规护理，观察组使用护理干预。观察两组患者在治疗后生化指标和护理满意度的差异。结果 观察组各观察指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 护理干预的应用有助于改善糖尿病肾病患者的病情状况，从而提高患者的满意度。

    [Abstract] Objective To analyze the application effect of nursing intervention in diabetic nephropathy. Methods A total of 164 patients with diabetic nephropathy from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into observation group (82 cases) and control group (82 cases). The control group used routine care and the observation group used nursing intervention. The differences in biochemical indicators and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were observed. Results The observation indexes of the observation group were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of nursing intervention can help improve the condition of patients with diabetic nephropathy and improve patient satisfaction. ......
