[摘要] 目的 探索社区2型糖尿病患者的血脂管理方法与效果。方法 选取该院门诊血脂异常(低密度脂蛋白胆固醇LDL-c >2.6 mmol/L)的2型糖尿病患者85例，所有患者均血脂规范化管理，随访1年，比较患者管理前后的血脂控制效果。结果 患者的低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平与基线比较均有明显下降，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 对2型糖尿病患者实行血脂规范化管理能显著降低低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平。
