[摘要] 目的 分析胰岛素泵强化治疗2型糖尿病的临床护理要点。方法 研究以该院收治的80例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象，并进行随机分组，病例数的选取时间为2017年11月—2018年11月，所有患者均给与胰岛素泵强化治疗，其中一组采用常规护理，为对照组，另一组采用综合护理，为研究组，对比两组患者的护理效果。结果 研究组患者空腹血糖为(6.01±0.32)mmol/L，餐后2 h血糖为(7.17±1.33)mmol/L，血糖恢复正常时间为(6.21±2.15)d，胰岛素用量为(31.88±5.38)U/d，各项数据与对照组比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 胰岛素泵强化治疗2型糖尿病可采用综合护理干预措施，确保临床护理的全面性，以提升临床治疗效果，加速血糖恢复，减少药物用量。

    [Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical nursing points of intensive insulin pump treatment for type 2 diabetes. Methods Eighty patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital were enrolled in the study and randomized. The number of cases was selected from November 2017 to November 2018.
