[摘要] 目的 探讨予以出院糖尿病老年患者延续护理干预对其远期康复的影响。方法 将2018年1月—2019年1月间出院糖尿病老年患者共102例根据数字表法随机分成对照组(按常规开展出院指导)与观察组(在前者基础之上予以延续护理干预)，各51例，观察两组干预效果。结果 干预后12个月及18个月，观察组治疗依从性比对照组更优，并发症率比对照组更低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 予以出院糖尿病老年患者延续护理干预能提升其远期康复效果，值得采用。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of extended nursing intervention on long-term rehabilitation of elderly patients with diabetes discharged from hospital.
