[摘要] 目的 观察阿托伐他汀治疗糖尿病合并冠心病患者的疗效。 方法 选116例糖尿病合并冠心病患者，随机分为两组，对照组常规治疗，实验组联用阿托伐他汀，比较临床结局。 结果 实验组临床疗效、LVESD、LVEDD及血脂水平均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 阿托伐他汀对降低糖尿病合并冠心病患者的血脂、尿酸、心功能水平作用显著。
