[摘要] 目的 观察口腔护理干预对老年糖尿病合并口腔疾病患者护理满意度的影响。方法 该次选择2018年2月—2019年3月该院收治老年糖尿病合并的口腔疾病的患者60例，隨机分为对照组和治疗组组，各30例。对照组实施常规护理措施，治疗组在此基础上进行口腔护理干预，比较护理效果。 结果 治疗组与对照组相比，患者焦虑和抑郁情况显著改善，治疗组护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 口腔护理干预对老年糖尿病合并口腔疾病患者护理满意度有明显效果。
