[摘要] 目的 对在老年鼻咽癌合并糖尿病患者放射治疗中应用护理干预的价值进行探究。方法 选择该院收治的相关患者作为研究对象，共计搜集了60例老年鼻咽癌合并糖尿病患者的临床资料，按照病历单双号将其划分为常规护理组和护理干预组，每组30例。两组患者分别采用常规护理和护理干预进行护理，对两组患者的护理效果进行比较。结果 护理干预组和常规护理组在护理前的血糖水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后，护理干预组的血糖水平和生活质量评分明显优于常规护理组，两组比较经过检验，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 通过护理干预的方式护理老年鼻咽癌合并糖尿病患者能够控制患者的血糖，而且可以提升其生活质量。
