[摘要] 目的 探究高龄糖尿病患者泌尿外科围手术期血糖监测管理以及术后护理重点。方法 择取2018年6月—2019年6月期间于该院收治的62例需接受外科手术治疗的高龄糖尿病患者作为研究对象开展临床研究，将其随机划分为项目组与一般组，每组各31例患者，项目组患者围手术期系统化的血糖监测管理，一般组患者围手术期应用常规护理方式，比较两组患者护理效果。结果 ①血糖控制水平：项目组患者血糖控制水平优于一般组患者，两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②术后感染率：项目组患者术后感染率为3.23%，较一般组患者22.58%低，组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 高龄糖尿病患者泌尿外科围手术接受系统的血糖监测护理，可降低患者术后感染风险，值得在临床中加以推广。
