[摘要] 目的 观察持续健康教育对糖尿病合并白内障围手术期护理效果的影响。方法 选取该院2017年9月—2019年4月间因糖尿病合并白内障接受手术治疗的152例患者，按照围手术期护理健康教育方法不同分为两组，对照组76例接受常规护理方案，观察组76例在对照组护理方案基础上采用持续健康教育，对比分析两组间护理效果差异。结果 观察组教育后围手术期健康知识评分、自我护理能力评分、健康教育满意度及术后24 h血糖水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 持续健康教育有利于提高糖尿病合并白内障患者健康知识掌握效果，增强自我护理能力、提高血糖控制效果，改善糖尿病合并白内障围手术期护理满意度。
