[摘要] 目的 研究DR与CT在诊断糖尿病足中的应用价值。方法 该次纳入2016年1月—2019年7月收治的28例糖尿病足患者展开研究，所有患者均进行DR平片、CT检查，对比不同检查方式的诊断结果。结果 CT检查的诊断准确率(96.43%)明显高于DR平片检查，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);DR平片检查可检出血管壁钙化情况，CT检查可以显示血管钙化情况及血管的狭窄率，CT对血管病变检出率高于DR;CT检查的骨质疏松、软组织病变检出率均优于DR检查，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CT检查在诊断糖尿病足中的准确率更高，相较于DR检查更具临床诊断价值。
