VSD治疗不同严重程度糖尿病足溃疡的效果评价(1)
[摘要] 目的 评价VSD治疗不同严重程度糖尿病足溃疡的治疗效果。 方法 选取2017年6月—2019年8月该院收治的120例分布于Wagner2～4级的糖尿病足溃疡患者为研究对象，按照不同的治疗方法将其分为观察组，对照组，各60例，观察组予以VSD治疗，对照组予以湿性换药方式治疗，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。 结果 观察组，对照组治疗总有效率分别为95%，80%，观察组治疗总有效率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院时间、住院次数、门诊换药次数、治愈时间等情况与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经不同方法治疗后，观察组与对照组各项血清炎症因子水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 对糖尿病足溃疡患者清理创面后予以VSD治疗，具有较好的治疗效果，能降低患者截肢的概率，有效缩短患者的住院时间，减少患者的住院次数以及门诊换药次数，促使患者更快康复。

Evaluation of the Effect of VSD on Diabetic Foot Ulcers with Different Severity

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of VSD on diabetic foot ulcers with different severity. Methods From June 2017 to August 2019， 120 patients with diabetic foot ulcers distributed in Wagner grade 2-4 were selected as the research subjects， and they were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods， 60 each. The observation group was treated with VSD， and the control group was treated with wet dressing. The clinical treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 95% and 80%， respectively. The total effective rates of the observation group were statistically significantly different from those of the control group (P<0.05). The length of stay， number of hospitalizations， number of outpatient drug changes， there were statistically significant differences in healing time and other conditions compared with the control group (P<0.05); after treatment with different methods， there were statistically significant differences in serum inflammatory factor levels between the observation group and the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion VSD treatment for diabetic foot ulcer patients after cleaning the wound has a good therapeutic effect， can reduce the probability of amputation of patients， effectively shorten the length of hospitalization of patients， reduce the number of hospitalizations and the number of outpatient dressing changes， and promote faster recovery， which is worth promoting and applying.

糖尿病足潰疡为糖尿病患者较为严重的并发症，发病原因主要与患者周围血管病变、神经病变、足压升高、足畸形等因素密切相关。患者主要表现出足部疼痛、皮肤干燥、间歇性跛行等典型症状，若不加以控制，溃疡呈进行性发展，还会诱发骨髓炎、感染等并发症，影响患者感觉神经、运动神经，造成患者运动困难，感觉丧失，严重时需对其进行截肢，以保障患者的生命安全，不仅给患者带去极大的痛苦，对其家属也是一种严重的负担，增加家属的经济压力[1]。因此，如何有效控制糖尿病足溃疡患者病情的进一步发展，促使患者恢复健康为相关学者重点关注的问题。VSD即负压封闭引流术，其应用于糖尿病足溃疡患者的治疗过程中，治疗效果较好。此次研究为探讨评价SD治疗不同严重程度糖尿病足溃疡的临床治疗效果，于2017年6月—2019年8月选取该院120例不同严重程度的糖尿病足溃疡患者为研究对象，进行了相应研究，现报道如下。, 百拇医药(黄茜)
