[摘要] 2型糖尿病是一种以血糖增高为特征的代谢性疾病，临床上较常见。营养治疗是糖尿病治疗的基础疗法。该文通过对2型糖尿病的发病机理、饮食干预的现状等方面进行阐述，进一步明确中医药膳结合个体化的现代营养治疗，不仅可以增强糖尿病患者体质，而且能改善患者的血糖、血脂等各项生化指标。从而让广大糖尿病患者及家属意识到饮食治疗的重要性，切实做好膳食结构调整，以防止各种并发症的发生和提高生活质量。
