[摘要] 目的 探讨2型糖尿病患者甘油三酯与血尿酸水平之间的关系。 方法 选择阜阳市区医院2018年6月—2019年6月住院的198例2型糖尿病患者资料，最终纳入177例，根据血尿酸水平将患者分为高尿酸血症(HUA)组与非高尿酸血症(NUA) 组。比较两组患者一般资料、甘油三酯水平以及其他临床指标的差异，分析两组患者血尿酸水平与甘油三酯水平等一系列指标的相关性，并探讨血尿酸水平升高的危险因素。 结果 与非高尿酸血症组相比，2型糖尿病合并高尿酸血症患者体重、BMI、TG水平较高，而HDL水平较低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 甘油三酯水平与2型糖尿病患者血尿酸水平密切相关，可能是血尿酸水平升高的独立危险因素。
