心理护理应用于儿童糖尿病患者的护理效果(1)
[摘要] 目的 分析心理护理应用于儿童糖尿病患者的护理效果,总结其护理体会。方法 按照随机采样的方式,从该院2018年1月—2019年1月收治的儿童糖尿病患者中,择取76例资料完备的作为实验对象。按照电脑排序的先后,来对患儿进行平均分组。排序在前的38例作为对照组,采取常规护理干预;排序在后的38例作为观察组,在对照组的基础上加用心理护理干预。对两组患儿干预前后的血糖水平变化、家属对护理满意度与护理质量评估等指标进行观察和比较。结果 在干预前,两组患儿的空腹血糖与餐后2 h血糖比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在干预后,观察组患儿的空腹血糖与餐后2 h血糖相较于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属对护理满意度与护理质量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在儿童糖尿病患者护理中,运用心理护理干预,能够有效地改善其血糖状况,优化患儿家属对护理满意度,提高护理质量,值得推广。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing applied to children with diabetes and to summarize their nursing experience. Methods According to the random sampling method, 76 children with complete data were selected as experimental subjects from the childhood diabetes patients admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019. According to the order of computer sorting, the patients were evenly grouped. The top 38 cases were used as the control group, and routine nursing intervention was adopted; the bottom 38 cases were used as the observation group, and psychological nursing intervention was added to the control group. Observation and comparison of changes in blood glucose levels before and after intervention in the two groups of patients, family satisfaction with nursing satisfaction and evaluation of nursing quality. Results Before the intervention, the fasting blood glucose of the two groups of patients was not statistically different from the 2 h postprandial blood glucose(P>0.05); In the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The family satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the care of children with diabetes, the use of psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve their blood glucose status, optimize the satisfaction of the children's family members with nursing care, and improve the quality of care, which is worth promoting.

隨着当前社会环境的不断变化,糖尿病的临床覆盖率逐渐上升。作为一种慢性病,在当前的医疗环境下,基本无治愈可能,只能够通过长期的药物与饮食来进行血糖控制,从而降低糖尿病对个体的影响,使之并发症发生可能性受到限制[1]。在近几年的临床调研中指出,糖尿病的诱发人群逐渐年轻化,且儿童患者数量激增。对于儿童糖尿病患者,虽然运用胰岛素能够进行有效的控制,但在整个治疗中,会因为其年龄的特殊性而导致治疗存在较大的难度。例如患儿依从性较差、病情变化相对复杂等[2]。在这种状况下,临床必须要加强干预力度,以保证护理工作的落实,优化治疗结果。在该院2018年1月—2019年1月临床工作中,对76例儿童糖尿病患者采取心理护理,取得了较好的效果。现报道如下。, 百拇医药(王萍 何霄 马丽咏)
