[摘要] 目的 探讨早期护理干预对糖尿病母亲新生儿的应用效果。方法 纳入2018年2月—2019年3月该院接收的糖尿病母亲新生儿80例，将其依照单双号分组法分为研究组40例与参照组40例。参照组实施常规护理，研究组将在其护理干预应用其中，比较两组新生儿出生后血糖水平及并发症发生率。结果 研究组新生儿100.0%血糖水平为正常值，参照组77.5%为正常值，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，研究组新生儿并发症总发生率为2.5%显著低于参照组22.5%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对糖尿病母亲新生儿实施早期护理干预，可有效改善新生儿血糖水平，同时，降低并发症发生率，具有较高临床应用价值。
