[摘要] 目的 以糖尿病骨质疏松者为例，探究唑来膦酸注射液的应用效果。 方法 2018年4—7月间选取该院接收的糖尿病骨质疏松者86例为对象，以整群随机化方式分设组别。对照组患者选择采取碳酸钙D3治疗，在对照组的基础上，研究组患者选择采取唑来膦酸治疗。观察两者的治疗疗效，骨密度值，疼痛评分。结果 对照组患者的治疗总有效率为65.12%，低于研究组的93.02%;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，对照组患者治疗后骨密度值均低于研究组;对照组患者治疗后疼痛评分高于研究组，组间对比，数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对骨质疏松者予以唑来膦酸注射液治疗，能取得较好疗效，改善患者病情，提高骨密度值，减轻疼痛感。
