肛瘘合并糖尿病的临床护理效果分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 探究护理干预在肛瘘合并糖尿病患者临床护理上的应用效果。方法 将该院在2018年9月—2019年10月收治的80例肛瘘合并糖尿病患者作为主要对象，使用数字随机表法分组，对照组和观察组，各40例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上增加优质护理干预，对比两组的护理效果。结果 通过对比两种不同护理模式对患者产生的影响，发现两组之间在血糖控制效果、负面情绪严重程度以及护理满意度方面均存在一定差异，具体体现在患者护理后的空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖值更低，焦虑情绪和抑郁情绪评分更低，护理满意度更高，两组对比，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对肛瘘合并糖尿病患者实施优质护理干预有利于控制患者的血糖值，同时可改善患者的不良情绪，且患者对护理工作的满意度较高，值得进一步推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention in the clinical nursing of patients with anal fistula and diabetes. Methods 80 patients with anal fistula and diabetes mellitus admitted to the hospital from September 2018 to October 2019 were taken as the main subjects， the control group and the observation group， and 40 cases were divided into two groups using the number random table method. The control group performed routine nursing， and the observation group added high-quality nursing intervention on the basis of the control group to compare the nursing effects of the two groups. Results By comparing the effects of the two different nursing modes on patients， it was found that there were certain differences between the two groups in terms of blood glucose control effect， severity of bad mood， and nursing satisfaction， which were specifically reflected in the fasting blood glucose and after-meal after nursing. The 2 h blood glucose level was lower， the anxiety and depression scores were lower， and the nursing satisfaction was higher. There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing intervention for patients with anal fistula combined with diabetes is beneficial to control the patient's blood glucose level， and at the same time can improve the patient's bad mood， and the patient's satisfaction with nursing work is high， therefore， it is worthy of further promotion and application.

作為肛肠科临床上的常见疾病，肛瘘有较高的发病率，尤其是近年来人们的生活水平不断提高，饮食方式和生活方式也发生了一定的变化，而这些变化在很大程度上增加了肛肠科疾病的发生风险。肛瘘患者伴有非常明显的疼痛症状，不仅导致患者的身体负担加重，同时也严重影响患者的心理健康和生活质量[1]。糖尿病作为一种慢性代谢性疾病，机体长期处于高血糖状态，会为细菌提供有利的生长环境，导致患者的免疫力降低、抗感染能力下降。因此，肛瘘合并糖尿病患者的病情进展快，炎症控制难度大，并且患者治疗后的创面愈合时间较长，治疗难度大。因此，对于肛瘘合并糖尿病患者而言，选择适合患者的一种护理模式是非常重要的，无论是在控制病情还是在改善负面情绪方面，均可以起到积极的作用。优质护理近年来在临床上应用广泛，该种护理模式具有整体性和综合性的特征，同时也具备人性化和针对性，该种护理模式以患者为中心，护理工作的实施也更加符合患者的身心特征[2]。选取2018年9月—2019年10月该院收治的80例肛瘘合并糖尿病患者，并对优质护理的应用价值进行深入研究和评估，现报道如下。, 百拇医药(詹雪瑜)
