中西医结合对糖尿病合并心力衰竭患者的治疗效果及安全性分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 分析中西醫结合治疗对糖尿病合并心力衰竭患者的临床治疗效果和安全性。 方法 取2018年3月—2019年3月该院收治的糖尿病合并心力衰竭患者102例为研究对象，按照入院顺序将其随机分为对照组(n=51)和观察组(n=51)，其中对照组患者采用常规西医治疗，观察组患者采用中西医结合疗法，对两组患者临床治疗效果及安全性进行分析和对比。结果 观察组患者临床治疗总有效率明显优于对照组，且不良反应发生率较对照组低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者左室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径、左室射血分数、空腹血糖等指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后，两组患者心功能及血糖各项指标均得到明显改善，其中观察组患者指标改善程度优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中西医结合疗法在糖尿病合并心力衰竭患者临床治疗中疗效显著，且安全性较高，在临床中具有较高的应用价值，值得进一步推广。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect and safety of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on patients with diabetes and heart failure. Methods A total of 102 patients with diabetes and heart failure admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into a control group(n=51) and an observation group (n=51) according to the order of admission. Among them， patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine， and patients in the observation group were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The clinical treatment effect and safety of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group， and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment， there was no statistically significant difference in the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter， left ventricular end-systolic diameter， left ventricular ejection fraction， fasting blood glucose and other indicators between the two groups of patients(P>0.05). After treatment， the indicators of heart function and blood glucose of the two groups of patients were significantly improved， and the improvement of the indicators of the observation group was better than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Integrative Chinese and Western medicine is effective in the clinical treatment of patients with diabetes complicated with heart failure， and has high safety.
