糖尿病肾病血液透析患者内瘘护理干预效果评价(1)
[摘要] 目的 研究内瘘护理干预对糖尿病肾病血液透析患者的临床效果。方法 选取2018年11月—2019年11月期间在该院接受治疗的糖尿病肾病血液透析患者90例，根据随机数字表法将患者平均分为对照组和实验组，每组45例。对照组患者应用常规护理，实验组患者针对动静脉内瘘加用综合护理，分析比较两组患者的临床护理效果，评价内瘘护理干预对糖尿病肾病血液透析患者的价值。结果 实验组患者并发症的发生情况明显低于对照组患者，并且实验组患者获得了更高的护理满意度，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对动静脉内瘘给予行血液透析治疗的糖尿病肾病患者应用综合护理的方式，能够降低并发症的发生率，满意度更高，具有较高的临床价值。

Evaluation of the Effect of Nursing Intervention of Internal Fistula in Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy on Hemodialysis

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of nursing intervention of internal fistula on hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods A total of 90 diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis patients who were treated in the hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected. According to the random number table method， the patients were equally divided into the control group and the experimental group， with 45 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing care， and patients in the experimental group received comprehensive nursing care for internal arteriovenous fistulas. The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared， and the value of internal fistula nursing intervention for hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy was evaluated. Results The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group， and the experimental group obtained higher nursing satisfaction. The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing method for patients with diabetic nephropathy undergoing hemodialysis treatment for arteriovenous fistula can reduce the incidence of complications， have higher satisfaction， and have high clinical value and is worthy of promotion.

糖尿病在臨床中较为常见，是一种慢性代谢性疾病，糖尿病肾病是糖尿病患者的重要合并症之一[1]。糖尿病肾病患者的主要治疗方式，是通过对患者进行维持性血液透析来将患者体内的毒性清除[2]。静脉和动脉内瘘是维持性血液透析的主要血管通道，静脉和动脉内瘘的护理是血液透析的重要保障。血管病变是糖尿病肾病患者的易发症状，对患者采取静脉和动脉内瘘加用综合护理，能够对糖尿病肾病患者的静脉和动脉内瘘起到保护作用[3]。该次研究，旨在研究内瘘护理干预对糖尿病肾病血液透析患者的临床效果，选取2018年11月—2019年11月期间在该院接受治疗的糖尿病肾病血液透析患者90例作为研究对象，对照组患者应用常规护理，实验组患者针对动静脉内瘘加用综合护理，对比分析两组患者的护理效果，报道如下。, 百拇医药(于水泳)
