[摘要] 目的 探讨康复新液在肺结核合并糖尿病患者中的应用及对免疫功能的影响。方法 选择2018年10月—2019年9月该院收治的肺结核合并糖尿病患者70例，以随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组，各35例。对照组常规降糖与抗结核治疗，研究组在此基础上应用康复新液治疗。结果 治疗后，研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖与糖化血红蛋白水平低于对照组(P<0.05)，空洞闭合率与痰菌转阴率高于对照组(P<0.05)，CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平高于对照组(P<0.05)，CD8+水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 康复新液在肺结核合并糖尿病患者中具有显著的应用效果，并能够调节免疫功能，值得临床推广。
