[Abstract] Objective This experiment will implement detailed nursing interventions for patients with type 2 diabetes, analyze the impact on patients' self-management behavior and medication compliance. Methods In this experiment, patients who came to the hospital for disease examination and treatment from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as subjects. After a professional examination, they belonged to type 2 diabetes and required symptomatic treatment. Among the patients who voluntarily participated in the experimental investigation, the coin random method was used to discuss the disease results of 80 patients. The patients in the control group used conventional nursing measures, and the observation group used detailed nursing management to analyze the improvement results. Results From the perspective of nursing quality, the comprehensive score of self-management ability of the observation group was (89.4±2.3) points and that of the control group was (75.5±2.4)points. The difference between the groups was significant and statistically significant (P<0.05). At the same time, in the comparison of blood glucose levels, the fasting blood glucose and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose indicators of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and were closer to the normal range, indicating that detailed management can control blood glucose levels. Finally, in terms of compliance with medications, the compliance rate of the observation group for three months was 90.0%(36/40), while that of the control group was 77.5%(31/40), indicating that the observation group had better self-management and was able to take medication as prescribed by the doctor. Conclusion The use of detailed nursing management measures can help improve the patient's self-management ability. Through clinical disease analysis and emphasis on the importance of medication, the patient's blood glucose control is good and the disease is stable, which can be promoted and applied.,
