尿糖与尿微量白蛋白联合检验对糖尿病早期肾损伤的作用分析(1)

[摘要] 目的 分析糖尿病早期肾损伤诊断中尿糖与尿微量白蛋白联合检验的效果。 方法 选取2018年6月—2019年6月在该院进行治疗的100例糖尿病患者作为研究组,另外选取100名在该院进行体检的体检者作为常规组,两组受检者均接受尿糖和尿微量白蛋白检测。分析两组尿糖和尿微量白蛋白的含量和阳性率,并分析尿糖和尿微量白蛋白与糖尿病早期肾损伤间的关联性。 结果 相对于常规组,研究组受检者的尿糖和尿微量白蛋白的含量更高,且阳性率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分析尿糖和尿微量白蛋白与糖尿病早期肾损伤间的关联性,结果显示,三者之间存在紧密的联系,且为正相关(P<0.05)。 结论 在糖尿病患者早期肾损伤的诊断中,将尿糖与尿微量白蛋白联合,可提升该病的诊断率,在临床上可广泛的运用。

Analysis of the Effect of Combined Test of Urine Glucose and Urine Microalbumin on Early Renal Injury of Diabetes

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of combined test of urine glucose and urine microalbumin in the diagnosis of early renal injury in diabetes. Methods 100 patients with diabetes who were treated in the hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the study group. In addition, 100 patients who underwent physical examination in the hospital were selected as the routine group. Both groups of subjects adopted urine glucose and urine microalbumin test. The content and positive rate of urine glucose and urine microalbumin in the two groups were analyzed, and the relationship between urine glucose and urine microalbumin and early renal damage in diabetes was analyzed. Results Compared with the routine group, the subjects in the study group had higher urine glucose and urine microalbumin content, and the positive rate was higher, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); analysis of urine sugar and urine microalbumin and early diabetes correlation between renal injury, the results showed that there was a close relationship between the three, and a positive correlation (P<0.05). Conclusion In the diagnosis of early renal injury in diabetic patients, combining urine glucose with urine microalbumin can improve the diagnosis rate of the disease and can be widely used in clinical practice.

伴隨社会经济水平的提升,民众的生活水平在不断改善,饮食习惯发生巨大改变,导致部分人形成不良的饮食习惯,如暴饮暴食、饮食不规律等,从而使得糖尿病的发病率不断增加[1]。糖尿病作为一类内分泌代谢疾病,患者通常会出现尿糖或血糖水平上升的情况,若糖尿病患者未对自身疾病予以重视,将会出现各类并发症[2]。在临床中,糖尿病极易出现各类并发症,肾损伤是其中患病率较高的一类病症,但是当糖尿病患者出现肾损伤时,并不会表现出明显的临床特征,若运用常规检查指标对患者进行检查并将检测结果与正常人相比时,并不会表现出显著的差别,因此运用有效的检查诊断措施对患者进行检查,对糖尿病肾损伤的早期诊断具有重要意义[3]。该研究于2018年6月—2019年6月择取100例在该院进行治疗的糖尿病患者作为研究组,对其进行尿糖与尿微量白蛋白联合检查,并将检测结果与正常体检人群的检测结果进行对比,以分析尿糖与尿微量白蛋白联合检测的效果,期望提升早期糖尿病肾损伤的检出率,为临床诊疗提供借鉴。现报道如下。, 百拇医药(许卫萍)
