[摘要] 目的 研究硝苯地平结合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病合并高血压效果。方法 选取2018年7月—2019年7月该院42例糖尿病合并高血压患者，随机分为两组，对照组使用硝苯地平治疗，观察组联合厄贝沙坦治疗。对比两组营养状态、生活质量及血糖水平。结果 观察组营养状况、FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c、SBP、DBP、PP显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对糖尿病合并高血压患者采用硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗，疗效显著。
